Some times i try to eat clean and the product is this post. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
PotatoesSpinachPrawnsSesame seedMaggiExtra Virgin olive oil1 tbsp of rosemary 1 tbsp of garlic 2 cloves of smoked garlic Parsley
Rinse the potatoes
Boil it for about 5 minutes
Transfer into an oven tray, add extra virgin oil, garlic and rosemary then bake for 25 minutes
Rinse the salmon, Add parsley, olive oil and maggi then bake for 15 to 20 minutes
I had some prawns left over so I used the same seasoning from the salmon to marinate it and baked it with the salmon for 10 minutes.
In a pan; add olive oil, smoked garlic and spinach. Stir until the spinach reduce in size.
Sprinkle sesame seed on the spinach stir and serve.
